Project Overview
I’ve always wanted to direct a music video, so when the opportunity came to collaborate with two of my favorite artists, I jumped. From the moment I heard the track, I knew there was a story to tell — and with my thriller-director flair, it became one of grit and empowerment.
The Story
The video follows a young woman who takes control after being mistreated, getting rid of her boyfriend gangster-style with a baseball bat. Free and unapologetic, she dances her way into a new chapter, showered in diamonds, nightlife, and the spoils of putting herself first. Through a montage-driven edit, her journey closes on a lesson learned: she’ll never break her rules again.
My Role
Produced the entire shoot on a micro-budget within 5 days
Booked studio, crew, and managed logistics
Designed the shot list & directed the video
Ordered and sourced props + set styling
Created the assembly edit and collaborated with the label on final passes
